WA's largest regional gallery runs an extensive program of exhibitions by regional, national and international artists, art classes and artist-in-residence programs.
Noel held his first solo exhibition in 2003 and has done many private and corporate commissions. His work hangs in private and corporate collections throughout Australia and overseas.
